Dallas Cowboys already had to deal with a tough 2024 season that ended with their biggest rival winning it all, and now CeeDee Lamb just made things even worse.
The Dallas Cowboys wide receiver was at a brunch event with Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry and TikTok star Katie Feeney when he was about NFC East fandom.
Feeney asked Lamb whether the Cowboys or the Philadelphia Eagles had the more passionate fanbase.
“Eagles [fans are more passionate], they’re crazy. Our Cowboys fans are deep, I don’t wanna say nothing crazy but the Eagles got it,” said Lamb.
For those wondering, Henry was asked the same question about the Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs and picked Baltimore’s fans while acknowledging the passion of Chiefs fans.
“Embarrassing, lol,” another fan said.
“He’s just telling the truth. Why lie about something everyone already knows?” one fan asked.
“Their fan base was built on fraudulent front runners when they were winning in 2000 BC. We were built on culture and love.,” a fourth fan stated.
“To be fair to Cowboys fans, the Cowboys haven’t given them much to feel passionate about for about 30 years,” one final fan added.
Another offseason, another round of drama for the Dallas Cowboys regarding contract negotiations, and CeeDee Lamb has had enough of it.
All-Pro edge rusher Micah Parsons is set to enter the 2025 season on his fifth-year option, the final year of his rookie deal.
Parsons is the only player with at least 12 sacks in his first four seasons in the league. He is one of the players you definitely want to keep around.
Soon, trade rumors would come out.
Lamb, who went through this last offseason before re-signing, is sick of it.
“Y’all aren’t tired of this?” Lamb tweeted on Super Bowl Sunday in reaction to Rapoport’s report. Every offseason, top of the charts… Let’s just win ball games, and that’s with 11! SMH.”
